Lovedale is a private International school in Qatar providing schooling at the preparatory (Kindergarten) levels. Presently, we have two levels of learning - Prep 1 and 2. However, in the subsequent years, we aspire to include primary, middle school, secondary and senior secondary. Our curriculum is built on an inquiry-based philosophy in which students are encouraged to question, discover, communicate through an interdisciplinary and integrated approach to learning.
All of the staff & management are committed to the continual development of the kindergarten – both in terms of constantly reviewing the curriculum and investing in the school’s education resources and physical infrastructure so that they can provide the best educational environment for the children.
Lovedale as the name signifies is a Valley of Love. The children who tread this valley are welcomed with garlands of essential human values like love, compassion, kindness, honesty and truth.
Located at Al Wukair, near Ezdan villages, accessible through Southern Doha express highway and Al Wukair link road, the school has a wide compound of 4650 meters, with a big boundary wall for the protection of the children. The classrooms are equipped with state of the art technologies and have the latest and newest features in instruction. The school has a well-stocked library with books on a wide array of topics to cater to the needs of budding readers. The playing area has been designed to develop the gross motor and fine motor skills of students. Apart from this, there are other various recreational facilities for children like a music room, dance room etc. The school retains a small and friendly feel and has a maximum capacity for 150 children.
